Excellent accommodations in Istanbul

We had a wonderful stay!! Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, so it was very easy for us to use public transportation during our visit. The spa in the hotel offers an amazing hammam treatment. Last but definitely not least, the hotel restaurant has a delicious breakfast buffet. We were very pleased with the excellent service provide by the hotel staff, especially the restaurant hostess Erdogan Hanim and the entire restaurant team. I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit to Istanbul!

Complaint About the Airport Taxi Arranged by the Hotel

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, my experience at check-out left a very negative impression.
When I checked out, I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, the taxi that was arranged appeared to be one that overcharges tourists. A trip that should normally take around 30 minutes took more than 50 minutes. Before leaving the hotel, I specifically requested that I be able to pay by credit card. However, the driver refused to accept my card and claimed that there would be a 10% surcharge for card payments.
In the end, I was forced to pay 2,800 TRY for a trip that should have cost around 1,700–2,000 TRY.
I hope the hotel will pay closer attention to the taxi companies it recommends to guests. Unfortunately, this experience greatly damaged my impression of Türkiye, despite my otherwise excellent stay at your hotel.

At the same time, we are genuinely sorry to hear that your departure was overshadowed by an unpleasant taxi experience. Our guests' comfort, satisfaction, and peace of mind are always our highest priorities, so we understand how disappointing this situation must have been.
Following your feedback, we immediately contacted the taxi driver to investigate the matter. According to the information we received, there was unusually heavy traffic on the day of your departure, which led the driver to use an alternative toll route in order to reach the airport. As a result, both the travel time and the total fare increased due to the additional toll charges.
Regarding the credit card payment, we were informed that a processing commission is applied by some taxi operators for card transactions. Similar practices can also be found in various destinations around the world, where payment processing fees may be reflected in the fare. However, we certainly understand that this was unexpected, particularly after you had specifically requested to pay by credit card before your departure.
Please be assured that we have shared your feedback internally and will continue to monitor the transportation providers recommended to our guests more carefully to help prevent similar situations in the future.
Once again, we sincerely apologize that this experience negatively affected the end of your stay. We truly appreciate your valuable comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a completely seamless experience.

Great Location & Staff!

Great location with city metro subway station conveniently located right next to hotel. You can use the subway to access all great city attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful.

High price, bad smelly rooms.

This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. The rooms smell and are stuffy. Because the windows can't be opened, the ventilation system is also disabled. There are much cleaner and more decent hotels at this price. I would never choose that again.
