Best Front Desk Ever-AAA+++

The very best thing about this hotel was the service we received from the two front desk men, Ata AKA-at a boy and Batu AKA-Batman. They went above and beyond all expectations. Ata made our vacation so lovely booking all our activities and tours for us. We were also impressed with the breakfast and how many food item they had.

I and my son stayed 19 nights at Ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti in May and June 2026. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are big and very clean with nice and comfortable beds. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Batu, Eyup and Emre who always were ready to help us with whatever we wanted. They really made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel. High quality at an affordable price. Our favorite hotel on the European side in Istanbul.

Enjoyed a great stay at the Ibis Styles Bomonti. The hotel has a great location on a main road, with easy access to Istanbul via road, but is also a 15 min walk to Osmanbey metro - however route is very hilly and uneven! Hotel is very clean, well decorated, and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The upgraded rooms with balconies are worth the upgrade. The staff (Emre / Ilayda on reception and the housekeeping staff) are friendly at check in and helpful when needed. Will return and recommend as a cheaper alternative to the nearby Hilton which has more glitz but rooms of a similar standard.

Room cleaning

We frequently use this hotel for family and business trips, always finding it to be excellent value for money. Room cleaning is superb (thanks to Ms. Gülay). Many thanks to the public relations department and all the staff at reception for their welcoming attitude. Kind regards

Have stayed at Ibis Styles Hotel in Bomonti-Istanbul. They have helpful staff, rooms are nice. I would recommend it.
