Overall very poor. This is not a 4star hotel. The interior was so bad & the internet connection was awful. If I could i would ask for my money back.

This hotel is very old dirty and it request full renovations it is not a four star hotel it shouldn't be given any star at all. The Internet connection is so poor it doesn't even connect for a few seconds if I had the option I will charge back my fee overall it's a terrible hotel. Avoid please don't make the decision on the some positive review those those critical comments are true. Never again.

Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
The website explicitly states that the hotel has a pool, but on-site I was told by the reception that there is no pool. It is absolutely incomprehensible and unacceptable to me that such an amenity is listed on the website when it does not actually exist.
Because of this experience, I am very disappointed and will not book this hotel again nor recommend it to others.
I hope that the information on the website will be corrected accordingly so that future guests do not make a booking based on false or outdated information.

Our hotel has a swimming pool; however, it was closed for renovations during your stay. Information about the pool being under renovation is available on our website and is provided to our guests before booking.

stays I’ve ever had. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the bed was uncomfortable. The air conditioning barely worked, making it difficult to sleep. Staff were slow to respond to requests and didn’t seem interested in resolving issues. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the overall experience didn’t match the photos or expectations. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.Be aware of your money as well
