Pleasurable experience

I was on vacation for 10 days with my mom and sister, and I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very professional, kind and helpful. Kenan and Emin were ready to help me with my card that didn’t work or when I had certain questions. Food was delicious aswell as the drinks, thank you for the service I was provided, would absolutely recommend, very nice sauna swimming pool & gym that’s worth checking out! 10/10 experience ❤️

Pleasant stay and friendly staff

I stayed at Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention during a long Turkish Airlines transit and had a really nice experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but I especially want to mention Sue, the manager. She was very kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. Her English was excellent, she was always smiling, and she made sure everything was going well during my stay.
She genuinely made a very good impression on me and made the experience much better. Thank you Sue and the rest of the team for the great hospitality.

A business man

“I would especially like to thank Bita at the reception. She was extremely polite, attentive and professional. What really stood out was how carefully she followed up on our requests and made sure that any issue was properly resolved. She genuinely cares about guests and does not simply pass the problem on to someone else. Her attitude made a real difference to our stay. Thank you, Bita.”

OneNight

The hotel is beautiful, the room is clean, we liked everything, the beds are comfortable. The only thing that could be done is to clean the window, as the view of the city is very beautiful, but the dirt makes it uncomfortable. The breakfast was delicious, everything was delicious. The staff was friendly, thank you!
