Picked this hotel due to location. It was very basic as expected. Air con in the room is not great and I would wake up feeling too hot. The gym has no air con, towels or water. Not great if you are planning to work out on your trip.

Staff was rude, non co operative, unfriendly and unhelpful. Facility needs repaired and rennovation. Very badly. Water issues. Room utilities very poor. Seems it’s only opens during exhibitions or some events only not a regular 365 days hotel. Disappointing experience of all group of 6 we stayed for a week.

A terrible experience!
On May 6, 2026, around 7:00 PM, I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The most absurd aspect of the problem was that it stemmed entirely from their own system. Although the company that made the reservation was already a Wyndham company, since the 4 rooms were registered under a single occupancy, only a name change was needed. Despite it being a very simple procedure, they kept us waiting at the hotel for about 1.5 hours, seven of us in total.
Throughout the process, neither proper information was provided nor a solution-oriented approach was demonstrated. Even more surprisingly, when the receptionist called the manager, Nagihan, hours later, instead of offering a solution, she replied, "If they're causing problems, call the police." Then, instead of trying to resolve the problem, the reception actually called the police.
Instead of communicating with the guest, finding a solution, and apologizing, the way they behaved was unbelievable. Throughout the entire process, they didn't even look at us. In terms of guest relations, communication, and crisis management, it was a truly disastrous experience. This is definitely a hotel I would not choose again.
