Fantastic
We had a wonderful stay, including breakfast. It was very pleasant to see the familiar faces of Ecrin and Erguvan at any time of the day.
The breakfast was nice and in the evening it was nice to play another game.
In addition, the hotel is pleasantly located. With the tram in front of the door you have everything within reach.

Impossible to sleep
This is not 5 but 4 star hotel as I was told at reception.
We spent awful night here (family of 4).
Be careful and never stay here.
At check-in we were given a room at the second floor with NO ANY sound isolation from the street. The street was full of music, shouts, bars, talks, songs. It was not possible to sleep at all! When at midnight we asked to change the room, we were provided another room on the 7th floor. This room had misfunctioned air conditioning. Until 4 am (!!!) technical staff tried to fix it. We were all sweat. Impossible to sleep. Temperature 28 degrees inside the room!!! At 4 am we had to return to the room on the second floor (another alternatives were not provided). Moreover, the hotel did not allow us to keep our belongings at 7th floor until morning. So we with children had to pack everything at night to relocate! The room was the same noisy. We could hear any conversation on the street and could not sleep normal. It was a terrific night!
The staff at the reception was indifferent to our problems. Its first reply was always: "I can not do anything".

3 star in a good location
Location is great for getting around the city. Shops, bars, restaurants all very close by.
Check in took approx 15 minutes during which time we were asked to wait at the bar.
We got a room on the third floor. The room was on the small side but ok for a 3 night stay. It was dark and not very clean. Stains and the floors, doors and in the bathrooms. The shower had little to no water pressure especially if you wanted a warm shower. The mirror in the room was smashed and our room had a light that you could not turn off. The beds were comfortable and the TV was a decent size and modern. WiFi worked well through out the hotel.
The corridors are not well maintained. Stains, broken walls, waste bags, pictures falling off the walls are not the hallmarks of a 5 star hotel. There was a constant smell of cigarettes through the hotel, including in our room.
The breakfast was quite poor, When we got down most of the hot food was gone and hadn't been refilled. We had to stand while we eating the few left over items. The cold drinks tasted awful (definitely not orange juice).
We had breakfast at another restaurant outside of the hotel for the rest of the week.
The gym was basic but did the job. The roof top pool was closed when we went to check it out.
In short, the only real selling point of this hotel is its location. Its definitely not a 5 start hotel or even close. Its a 3 star at best.
When we were checking our the receptionist asked to see our booking on my phone and offered us "a better room next time" if we let him give his hotel a 10/10. The speed he did it shows how often they are rating themselves. A very strange practice.
Despite all this we had a great trip. Visting Istanbul is highly recommend.

Location is convenient near transport network, tourist attractions is close by. Although the room is small but clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing very polite and helpful specially

Worst hotel experience
Horrible room, we barely fit all with but bags, all very old. I do not recommend, it is not a four-star.
