The hotel was OK.. The service was super, elinora is super woman always helpful , selman is a great guy helpful friendly, location is good.

Terrible, room dirty, in the basement, noisy, smoked. And the important thing is, it's not the room I booked.

It's just awful. I've booked this hotel with tour operator Fan@Sun. Reality is completely out of character. You can see everything in the photos. The hotel website also features completely different rooms. Lies!

Unforgettable

At the beginning of the rest, everything was normal, but after sleeping one night, bites appeared on the body, we were told it was supposedly mosquitoes and midges, but then the bites got more and it didn't look like mosquitoes and midges. In general, they noticed that it was BUGS, not only us bitten, more neighbors, it's simple. And the front desk said it was supposed to be "Hotel 4," but it didn't look like it. At the reception, the "manager" allegedly said to poke the product with some kind, and when they let him into the room as he knew where they were and where to squirt. They asked for compensation, and this supposedly "main" joke replied, saying "what kind of compensation you want, you'll come to Russia and forget everything," apparently to them, BUGS are like flies, there is no matter what. I wish nothing was brought home, or this insect is survivable. In short, sanitation is deplorable. The photo also shows the condition of the bathroom, where the mold is black. And behind the beds are not cleaned at all, there remained garbage from previous tenants (unfortunately they did not have time to photograph)
A towel and bed linen, I guess it never would have changed until they told me.
About the food is fine, but the bread was not fresh (seen for yourself), the kitchen does not clean the floors and does not clean anything (cheese has been lying on the floor since another day, although few people go to breakfast). The TV was all full. WHEN WAS IT EVEN CLEANED UP? JUST OPENING DAY OR WHAT?

Three pennies extra, but don’t stay here

I don't recommend it to anyone. It's dirty and agir smell. The location between the neighborhood is awful. Stay away. Halim patalak. A Turkish-speaking Uzbek ethnic group shows that the prices are cheap. They say the prices are outdated. They clean up the places like the hic sasirmamis.
