Hotel is alright. The location is a little bit tricky. Very steep and challenging to go into. Breakfast is 2/10 . Overall its alright. I guess i get what i paid for lol.

Staff were on the whole pleasant and helpful. Room was very small and lacked things like a bin and there were not enough sockets. Hotel lacks the facilities of a restaurant and bar. Breakfast is very poor, no choice and all pre packaged, no cereal or juice etc.

The hotel is fairly cheap compared to other hotels, however compared to the locations from the main center of the city it’s very valuable. I also want to emphasize how friendly they are on the main desk.
Additionally, I would say the room is clean the bathroom and the shower is great and this is what you want from three stars hotel;however, in my point of view it’s five star.

It’s very close to Taksim Square and it’s only 20 minutes walk from the main center in Istanbul.

The hotel was clean and standard breakfast was provided. The staff, especially the manager was very helpful and accommodating.
The room was basic and small and in need of maintenance. There was no outside door handle on the bathroom. The hotel is a good walk from Taksim square or anything else and seemed like it wasn't the safest or best of areas. If you need an extra night's accommodation as we did it will suffice.

A Great Stay for Families:
We stayed in two connected rooms, which was perfect for our family of five. Having two bathrooms made things so much easier! The hotel even offered to add an extra bed next time so we can all fit comfortably. The beds and pillows were very cozy, and we slept great.
Service and Food:
Everything in the hotel worked perfectly. Since it was April, the main AC was set to heat, but we just opened the windows to let in a nice, cool breeze.
The staff was very helpful, and the owner was incredibly kind. They even went out of their way to make us vegan meals. The front desk asked exactly what we liked, which was a wonderful touch. The cook is still learning, but the effort they made for our diet was amazing.
Location and Value:
The location is a bit of a workout! It’s a 10-minute walk to the bus and 20 minutes uphill to the metro, which is tough with suitcases. Next time, I’ll ask if they can provide a lift to the station.
Despite the walk, the price is excellent for such high-quality rooms. We would definitely stay here again!
