All is well that ends well!
We had a few issues with small details that accumulated and initially interfered with our experience but once we brought this to the attention of management, the team did all they could to ensure they put things right.
Little things like not replenishing the toilet roll, inadequate toiletries, poor service at breakfast (having to wait half hour for coffee’s/ drinks even when not busy), but once we highlighted this, the manager went out of their way to ensure we had a great rest of our stay.
It was nice touch from the team to present us with a cake for our wedding anniversary.
Location wise it’s not near a metro or tram route. The buses take around 40 mins to get into the city and are pretty busy. Best bet is to walk to Sutluce ferry port (15-20 mins) and get a ferry.
Overall this is a decent hotel for the price.

️Delicious food
️Private parking (which is very important for Istanbul!)
By the way, the hotel has its own pastry shop. The sweets are excellent!

I love their customer relationship manager Tülay, their reception boys Ozan and Daniel, and the cleaning lady Emdom, they were the warmest staff I ever had during my four month global trip.
The hotel is new, modern and clean.
I don’t really enjoy the breakfast too much. Too little vegetables and fruits options.
But with this budget, probably this is the most price effective stay for any business or tourism traveler here, still some improvements on details. I love this place in general. Recommended.
