VIP treatment

From the moment I left Spain where I live I was taken care of by Aref, the receptionist.
I sent a message via booking.com asking about hotel transfer to the hotel from the airport. I got a very quick reply with loads of options and prices.
I decided not to use the shuttle service, it was too expensive for me. Aref suggested I took the public bus, and he gave me all the directions I needed. I couldn’t have asked for more. I have never had that quick reply, and attention to detail. Real personalised touch and very much appreciated.

Nice stay!

Sultan Palace is the hotel in the city centre part European. Very clean. The staff is friendly. Arif is always available, he helps with any questions. Owner Baki is very nice, made good price. Quality/price - great!

Beautiful cozy hotel in the heart of Istanbul.

Nice clean beautiful hotel in the heart of Istanbul . Nice rooms,not a bad breakfast with beautiful views of the Marble Sea.Nice and friendly staff.
The huge plus of this hotel is that, it is within walking distance of all the sights.I will advise my friends.

You don't rest here

The walls of this place are very bad. If you expect to sleep, you will have people in the rooms all the time who make noise from 6 am and the receptionist "can't do anything".
What he did do was pretend he was calling people in that room on the phone, but he didn't bother to come up or anything. All he did was waste our time and laugh in our face
