The right address to purify and feel good

Located on a large land, the hotel is a wonderful business with lush green nature, garden maintenance, parks and playgrounds for children in the gardens, and unlimited seating areas for adults. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and spacious. There is no doubt that you will feel in the comfort of your home. The employees are extremely polite, friendly and make an effort to do whatever you ask for, and they send you off as if they were seeing off their relatives. I always recommend it, and endless thanks to the business.

The worst and dirtiest hotel ever seen

This isn't a hotel,it's a brothel. I've spent my most horrifying days there.
1- super dirty,noises after midnight
2- no English speakers,and the receptionist is just rude and weird.
3- a lot of dogs around, which scares me when I wanna go out
4- food is disgusting
5-unsafe
6- someone has entered my room and stole my iPod
I don't recommend anyone to stay at thar hotel. There are a lot of nice hotels in Istanbul.

Absolute crap!

We are leaving this hotel right now as someone, hotel staff, entered one of the rooms where one of our party was sleeping and took a watch. After asking numerous times that they check the electronic door for who came in and to call the police, which didn’t happen, one of the staff started rummaging through the bin in the communal area where the watch (a Tag worth €2000), 2 brand new zippo lighters and a brand new T-shirt also belonging to our party was miraculously found. Absolutely not normal behaviour and completely shocking!!!

Can çekisen bir müessese

Can çekişen bir müessese…Bahcede kırık sandalyeler, bakımsızlıktan yeşermis bir havuz ( cocuklarımız havuzdayken klor attılar), kömür olmuş köfteler, olabilecek en lezzetsiz ordovr tabağı, hayatından bezmiş, yüzü gülmeyen personel, vergi ödememek için pos cihazının arızalı oldugu soylenmesi…sezon içinde bu kadar boş olmasına şaşmamalı..

Rezil

Düğün için gittiğim otelde 1 gece eşimle kaldık. Otelde odayagittiğimde sadece tuvalet lambası çalışıyordu. Oda değişikliği talebinde bulundum resepsiyonda oda yok dediler. Birini yönlendiriyoruz dediler ve sonrasında gelen kişi oda yok denilmesine rağmen başka bir oda ayarladı. Asıl rezillik çalışanlardan birinin gece saat 3 te her odaya master key sayesinde girip tacizde bulunması. Böylesine güvenlik açığı olan rezil bir yer görmedim.
