Staff are so kind and friendly. Room were kept clean every day but room size wasn’t good for couples

I booked a room with balcony but They put me in one without balcony and smallest one with only one nightstand. Summary is They gave me smallest room which I did not book one.

Staff are lovely and very accommodating, we had a water leak in bathroom which was fixed immediately. Breakfast was ok but would have preferred some pastry and fresh fruit. Overall a cheap hotel right next to tram line . I would stay again .

Good located hotel for short travel.

Seven floor hotel with city view rooms and little bathrooms. Polite and responsive staff. Very convenient location next to bus and tram stops. Neighboring building is very old mosque with ancient history. After few tram stations you can each retail market and grand bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque

My experience with hosts

I went to Istanbul for a laser and nasal surgery and gave us a gift to the hotel where we stayed for two weeks, and the photos in Nat really don't have to do with the very small rooms and the problem isn't here
The treatment was poor, the cleanliness was zero and the food was always the same, even some types of food could be preferred for more than two days without changing.
We also found no personal items and when we went to complain, the response was very racist and they didn't move us to find out what happened and we had to accept it in the end and shut up
The experience was worse than I thought, though I was excited at first. The only thing I can regret is that there was someone in the summit nightly patrol, but nothing else is good and worthy though they were able to offer the customers something much better because the hotel is in the capital and close to everything but unfortunately I do not recommend anyone going there
