I know this hotel longtime I have stayed multiple times but they did not update the condition of the hotel rooms

The hotel's proximity to the Marmara Forum shopping center and Istanbul Municipality and its reasonable price are its strengths. However, this hotel is old and needs a major renovation in all areas, including the bathrooms, electrical and electronic systems, and all the equipment in the room. The noise from the surrounding rooms was also very annoying. During my stay, one of the elevators doesnt work and the entire hotel had to use one elevator, which was a waste of time. In addition, the elevator does not have access to the parking lots below the hotel, and you have to climb one flight of stairs to access it.

The room size was ok but it had very old and neglected furniture. The laminate flooring was raised from some areas as if it had been damaged by water. Also the bed surround had a large mstain on it.. There was a bar on the ground floor which had very loud music and this could be heard from our fifth floor room. The garden was nice, staff were good

If you have no choice but to stay out in January, stay!

They denied the phone fee and asked me for a higher fee when I arrived at the hotel. It was late evening and I had to pay because I was tired. I asked on the phone if I wanted a smoking room, I walked around the lobby, they said we would help, and when we got in the room, no smoking was allowed in any of our hotel rooms, but if you were using it, they said for the glass side. The things are outdated, unmaintained, there is a parking lot to the houses, it was 175 cm tall, I walked in a company vehicle, I don't know how to get out, the ceiling could hit and I couldn't sleep all night out of stress. I thought there was a wedding the night after I couldn’t sleep from the music noise until 1 at night. I’m surprised to give this hotel these stars. Don’t come, don’t stay. A 5-minute hotel.

Everything else was great apart from breakfast which is not even cmose to 5 stars. They didnt even have any dish made of egg. Need to improve a lot.
And washroom accessories are very old.
