Clean, large room, friendly staff and fabulous gym. So disappointed to learn on arrival the pool wasn't open. Fantastic breakfast.

IF YOU WANT TO BE A VICTIM, BUY A MEMBERSHIP.

In July 2025, we purchased a premium membership because my son is 12 years old and needs to be a guardian at work. We signed up for two memberships. During registration, they told me that guests would get three free entries, after which they would receive a discount. I brought two guests, and both times I was charged the full price. I said that if I started working and couldn't bring my son, his grandmother could register him, and they said that would be fine, of course she could. Now, when I say his grandmother will bring him, they say I have to transfer my rights, otherwise it won't work, and that I won't have those rights anymore. I was told I had the option to freeze my membership, and when I said I wanted to freeze it for two months (sales consultant), they said two months wasn't possible, only one month was allowed. When I said I wanted to speak to my manager, they suggested we take a one-day break and then freeze it again. There's no quality, the information is very inadequate, and those who are supposed to do their jobs don't know what they're doing. Five of my friends were going to become members, but because of this, they created memberships at a different hotel. I've been in sales for 24 years, and the most important thing for us is helping the customer and providing accurate information; otherwise, the business won't continue. If you want to be a victim, go ahead and experience it...

Horrible

Don't Stay there , only the location but if you want to rest you will never feel comfortable there , room with cigarettes smell, air conditioner not working, poor room , I left the room at evening after face many issues.

Wretched

I made a reservation with that ticket, and although I was supposed to be given the hotel room shown in the picture, I was given a lower-priced room, regardless of the price difference. They said the outdoor pool was open before the sale, but when we arrived, they said it was closed. Despite being told the room wasn't the same as the one I rented, nobody cared. In this so-called five-star hotel, there was no one to talk to except the receptionist. I walked in without any security or anyone else stopping me to ask where I was going; security measures were zero.
Don't be fooled into booking just because the service is zero and it's advertised as five stars.

The hotel is large and seemingly mostly empty? The shower didnt work properly, as the handheld could not be attached to the wall and the overhead did not engage. Seems like they built the hotel for activities that have not yet materialized, giving it a bit of a weird vibe.
