This is an extraordinary hotel with absolutely wonderful staff! The guest service and hospitality shown to us as first time guests was more than anyone could have asked for. First of all we got the best upgrade when we arrived. We had booked a standard room and were in contact with the hotel forwarding our wishes for a room a little higher up with views. When we arrived the hotel receptionist said he had a surprise for us, and he accompanied us to our room. Which turned out to be a penthouse with a terrace with panoramic views over Istanbul city and the sea! Unbelievable! For the rest of our stay we were always greeted with a smile and friendly approach! When we left today I said it feels like we have gained a new family! We warmly recommend this beautiful and quaint hotel at a top rated location by Taksim to anyone going to Istanbul! Next time in this wonderful city we look forward to staying at the Pera Story Hotel again! The personnel here made the whole trip one to remember. Thank you so much Team and Management of the Pera Story Hotel Istanbul!

Very clean and quiet.
A small but very nice place to stay. He was extremely pleased as one of the seven people who stayed in the calm and quiet places. Its location is ideal. With its friendly staff and clean, tidy environment, it has become my favorite.

A centrally located hotel. Excellent staff. However, amenities are limited - no restaurant on site but plenty of choices nearby including adjacent to the hotel. No spaces outside of the room, so no gym, pool etc. I think this is a trade off - great location, easy access to metro and tram system versus space to chill out at hotel
