Overall disappointing, in an industrial area but walkable to the old town
However, as we arrived after midnight we had little choice.
It is located about 300m from the bridge which takes you over to the old side of Istanbul, so once you have navigated the electrical, mechanical, pumps and wheels shops you can stroll out or catch the frequent trams, ( after purchasing your pre paid card). Back to the hotel. No restaurant , no bar and no food. They do offer a “Deliveroo” style delivery service for a price! Our room had a semi transparent
glass partition between the bedroom and the toilet/ shower. So be warned nothing is sacred! Room clean and lift worked but did not reach the top
Floor! So overall ok, but I’m sure you can find better less expensive hotel.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel concept reflects the historical commercial character of the surrounding area, which is part of Istanbul’s traditional trade district and located within walking distance of the Old City attractions and public transportation.
Regarding the room upgrade, rates vary depending on room category and availability, especially for late-night arrivals. We always try to offer the best possible option under the circumstances.
While we currently do not operate a full restaurant or bar, we provide 24-hour food delivery alternatives for our guests’ convenience. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom design and room layout, as guest feedback helps us improve our services and presentation.
We are pleased to know that you found the room clean and appreciated the convenient access to the historical center.

Everything is fine with the hotel and the room. Any problem (in my case a small faulty fridge) immediately fixed.
Staff super nice and helpful.
I choose this hotel after a bad experience with a hotel nearby not long ago and will certainly return on my frequent Istanbul trips.
