absolutely awesome hotel :))))))
Nice establishment, clean hotel. The breakfast service was not open buffet due to the pandemic, but it was no different from the open buffet. Especially there are 24-hour tea and coffee services, and this service is completely free. Thanks to Hotel Manager Veysel Bey for his interest.

Good location
Good location, very clean hotel . Rooms have tea making facilities , although the supplies are not refreshed. Bathroom clean and toiletries provided. Housekeeping is daily.
Reception bar only serves tea or coffee.
Breakfast is very poor and not replenished so bread , scrambled egg was dry/stale. No fruit or yogurts or fresh juice.
Our "double room" was very small with the bed (very small double) pushed up against the wall with only one bedside table and no plug near the nightstand. Duvet very thin and barely covered the bed so one of a couple had very little covers.
Lifts to all floors however they are very small so beware if taking large suitcases!

TERRIBLE SERVICE 0 STAR
First of all, out of all the employees, only one person speaks English. We paid for the largest room one month in advance. When we arrived, they gave us the smallest room, claiming they had already rented out the largest one. After a lengthy discussion, they agreed to move us to the larger room the next day. When we asked for a refund of the price difference, they said we could only pay them extra because we had booked the room at a cheaper rate a month in advance. They said the spa was open until 11 p.m., but when we went, the hotel manager said we could only use it if we paid extra because we had already paid for the room at a discounted rate. He said we could go the next day between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. After all this, he tried to kick us out of the hotel at 8 p.m., shouting in Turkish, which we didn't understand. My recommendation is to AVOID this hotel AT ALL COSTS. I often come to Turkey, and everyone in Istanbul is hospitable EXCEPT FOR THE OWNER OF THIS HOTEL. 0 STAR REVIEW.

Disappointment :(
We booked for 4 people (2 adults and two children), we were told about 3 beds! We made a special request to access at 8 a.m. (something allowed by the hotel) and we were super tired with children and we were told no, it's the confirmation from booking.com and not the hotel :( we had to cancel with the suitcases and the children but it must be said that the young woman at the reception was super nice and she tried to find a solution but in vain it was out of budget!

Clean rooms, polite staff, very good town location-by foot distance of Aja Sofija, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar and all major buildings , etc. Metro station is nearby hotel, and trolley station just in front of the hotel.But bathroom has a bad smell and the street where the hotel is located is noisy. For turkishs standards, very bad breakfast choice.
