Very beautiful location and amazing staff! Especially Roman at the reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel’s location is a perfect 10 out of 10. If I visit Turkey again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Terrible hotel

The hotel is disgusting, and the rooms look nothing like the photos on their website! The entire room is run-down and filthy: the wallpaper is peeling off to reveal mold underneath, and the bed is falling apart. After my boyfriend lay on it for just five minutes, red spots and an itching sensation appeared on his back. We strongly advise everyone against staying at this hotel!

It is t what described on booking (google and other websites)

It isn’t a 4star hotel. It is a block of tiny room in a bad neighbourhood.
The rooms are advertised wrong size. It stated 17sqm2 for a deluxe single room but it is less than 9sqm2 including the bathroom.
The morning reception told me when I pointed all this IF YOU PUT A BEST REVIEW we will upgrade your room for free. When I stated that isn’t right he told me he can’t do that anymore
THIS PLACE is Not 4 STAR Hotel.
There is no liability insurance. No Certificate given by government body.
Rooms aren’t that clean toilet making noise
If someone sneeze at the next door you would hear. At nights can’t sleep from next door and from the noise coming from outside.
The bed is less than 60 cm wide. It is a kids bed not for an adult.

Incredible location

The hotel is incredibly well located next to the ferry terminal and we had a fantastic view of the Bosphorous river and mosques. 2 minute walk to the tram stop with direct line to the main visitor attractions. There is a huge range of cafes on the doorstep.
Our room was clean and spacious and the 3 reception staff were very helpful.
The hotel is very small and was difficult to find as there is no sign.

Great location, very helpful staff. Helped me with my luggage a lot.
Not the most quiet place though. The window needs some fixing so less sounds will come to the room.
The bed is extremely narrow.
