Very good
I saw the guy, he was obviously the security guard. He was looking out for trouble guys. I saw him dealing with other people, but he let me have fun even tho I drunk a lot, but never kicked me out. He understands his job and only acts if necessary you can even talk with him and he is fine. He told me his name was security bodyguard Rıdvan.

Flies spits all over the food
I would like to share my experience with LoveHoliday and their hotel arrangements. I believe they should be ashamed to market this hotel as a 5-star establishment. It is not even close to a 5-star hotel; at best, it is a 3-star venue. Moreover, they provide misleading information, such as the opening times of the snack bar, which is advertised to be open from 11 AM to 11 PM. However, food is only served from 12 PM to 4 PM.
The pictures displayed on the LoveHoliday website do not accurately represent the reality of the hotel. This is especially true for the beach and the small private beach area with sunbeds.
Regarding the hotel itself, as mentioned, it is not a 5-star hotel, and believing it is merely because they have bellboys is misguided. There is no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, even in the areas where they claim there is service—it's very poor. The shower lacks good water pressure, and if you try to take a bath before lunch or dinner, you will only receive lukewarm water. The bathroom is tiled but lacks a rubber mat, making it very slippery and easy to fall.
The main reason I am leaving a 1-star review is due to the food. Although it can be tasty when you find a dish without flies in it, every plate has large green flies landing on the food, which is unhygienic and disgusting. Additionally, there are many cats roaming around the restaurant tables, shedding fur where people eat.
Concerning drinking water, they lock the fridge that contains bottled water in some areas. Is someone really going to steal water? It is ridiculous. Guests are advised not to drink from the tap, yet they lock the fridge that has the bottled water. I find this practice unacceptable.
On a positive note, the staff are incredibly friendly and will do everything to help you. I am truly impressed with the staff—10 stars for them! Would I return? No way. Eight of us paid over 10,000 euros for this two-week holiday, and it is not worth it. There are many other issues that are frustrating, but I think I've covered enough for now. This is only day 3, and we still have 11 days to go. ☹

The animation is fantastic.
The hotel was nice. The members of the animation team were all very experienced and talented. Our daughter had so much fun at Mini Disco every evening.

Poor all-inclusive package not 5 star standard
We have just returned from a 10-day stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations of a five-star all-inclusive resort.
The biggest disappointment was the all-inclusive package. Only a limited selection of spirits was included (gin, vodka and raki). If you wanted rum, whisky or most other spirits, you had to pay around €7 for a single measure, which was very disappointing for an all-inclusive holiday.
The Castle Snack Bar was also poor. It only served burgers made with low-quality meat or processed chicken nuggets with chips. Pizza was advertised as being available every day at 3pm, but during our entire 10-day stay it was only available once. Every time we asked, we were simply told to come back the next day, but it never appeared.
The Sugar Hut stall options were equally disappointing. Free ice cream was only available for two hours each day and was limited to just three basic flavours. Any other flavours, or ice cream outside those hours, had to be paid for. Milkshakes were also an extra charge.
The Bake and Cake stall was another let-down. Throughout our stay there was only ever one cake available, with the selection mainly consisting of cheese buns and olive bread.
Breakfast was acceptable, with fresh bread and eggs along with salad and meats but there were no pastries such as croissants and no live omelette station, which you would normally expect from a five-star hotel.
Service was inconsistent. Around the pool and at mealtimes, some guests received waiter service while others did not. We were quite bluntly told to go to the bar ourselves for drinks, which made the service feel confusing and uneven.
On a positive note, the hotel grounds were immaculate and beautifully maintained. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and although the rooms were a little dated, they were comfortable and this wasn't an issue for us. The waterfall was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of the hotel.
Overall, while the hotel is clean and set in beautiful surroundings, I do not believe it deserves its five-star rating. The poor all-inclusive offering and inconsistent service let the hotel down considerably. Sadly, we would not return

Good
We stayed at this resort as a group of nine, and we had an amazing holiday from start to finish. We made so many wonderful memories here, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Turkey.
The resort itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The gardens and outdoor areas are lovely, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day. Everywhere we went, we could see that the staff work hard to keep the hotel looking its best.
Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and cleaned regularly. On our first day, we had to change rooms because our group wasn’t initially placed close together as expected, but the staff helped resolve the situation, and after that everything was perfect.
One of the biggest highlights of our stay was definitely the entertainment team. They were absolutely fantastic! Every day they organized fun activities, and the evening shows were enjoyable and full of energy. The animation team was always smiling, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome. They really created a great atmosphere and made our holiday even more special.
The hotel has a lovely pool area with plenty of space to relax, and we also enjoyed the beach and the beautiful sea. The location is peaceful, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.
The food was tasty, with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Our only suggestion would be to keep the buffet stocked a little better during busy meal times, as some dishes ran out quite quickly when many guests were eating at once.
The pool was colder than we expected. We understand that this isn’t always something the hotel can control, but if it were a little warmer, it would make swimming even more enjoyable.
Another small suggestion would be to improve the English skills of some staff members. Everyone was kind and willing to help, but communication was sometimes difficult. Since many international guests visit the resort, stronger English communication would make the experience even better.
We also noticed that because it was quite windy, the cushions on the sunbeds were constantly blowing away. It would be great if the hotel could add clips or another way to secure them so guests can relax more comfortably.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are leaving with great memories. The friendly atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, excellent entertainment, and hardworking staff made this a holiday we won’t forget.
