Lovely and cozy hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a month, for work, and I can safely say it's become a real cozy home away from home for me. Immediately it is worth noting the polite and responsive staff, who are always ready to help with any questions and make the stay as comfortable as possible. Although the hotel is urban, without a gym and swimming pool, it offers an excellent level of convenience for both short and long-term stays.
I want to pay special attention to breakfasts, the choice is very rich, the food is always fresh and delicious. I had a bit of a cleaning problem, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently from the first time I approached.
In general, living here left an extremely positive experience. Felt at home or visiting close relatives. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the city.
There are many restaurant bars, medical clinics and all the infrastructure for urban life nearby.

The photos in the hotels.com for this hotel is totally different from actual rooms, small, dirty rooms, even there were no tissue. We have been told that we do not provide tissues in the room when we asked. I would prefer to sleep on the street rather than this so called hotel.

The right choice, fantastic staff team

The hotel staff deserve top marks, especially the bellboys and service staff who are very friendly, polite, helpful and professional.
(Mr. Rüştü, Mr. Umut, Ms. Dilek, Ms. Ceren, and all the others whose names I can't remember, thank you all very much.)

Cosy city hotel

Great central location.
Lovely boutique hotel, staff so friendly and helpful.
Good breakfast with plenty choice
Rooms are comfortable with great views of the city.
Car park facilities is good with friendly vale service from sergen.

Experience was mainly positive with a few points. Room could do with a sofa clean, many marks on it. Could do with a couple of touch ups. Breakfast was very local, I did struggle. Staff excellent. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Just remember that there is manual shutters for the windows. One of the people we spoke to never knew and had the sun streaming in all day.
