Good to have breakfast ang lift. Not include coffee or tea and hotpot in the room.

Avoid this hotel; there are much better options around with the same price and better services, without a doubt.

This place urgently needs a review of both cleanliness and maintenance. It is obvious that it has seen better days and continues to live off its old glory. I had made a much longer reservation, but after the first night, I left the hotel.
Bed bugs that bit my feet and legs.
Black mold in the bathroom and in the damp areas.
Accumulated lime mixed with dirt on all the bathroom utensils with little to no maintenance.
Strong smell of cat urine in the entrance and lobby (the only place with carpet that strongly accumulates this very special and unpleasant odor).
Sliding windows with a defective lock that allows mosquitoes to enter at night.
Air conditioning with filters that have not been cleaned in decades.
Utensils, furniture, and bedding are very worn and have many deficiencies, apart from the usual insects.
The only good thing to highlight is the night staff, a gentleman in every sense with a very professional know-how.

We already paid, but they transfer us to another hotel and the hotel we stay very bad condition and no amenities no breakfast ...we need to go back to orkun hotel to get breakfast and the distance is far around 130 meter...this not acceptable for customer who already paid for the room in advance.i am not recommend this hotel in the future

Terrible management and charging more than what was agreed

We (4 people) had booked this hotel for three days. We said in person that we want to stay in the hotel for 1 more night (5 days later). We haggled with the reception for the price and agreed on the price. He wrote our name and the total price on the sheet and when we wanted to pay on the spot, they didn't let us and just repeated that's it!
But when we came back, the receptionist asked for a much higher amount and returned our deposit and said you can go wherever you want! And he said, I am the boss and my words are important! And we had to pay the amount he asked for. This was rude because we had already agreed on the price and they cleverly did not allow us to settle the previous nights so that they would force us to pay more when we returned.
This bitter memory will never be erased from my mind! Apart from the fact that the hotel is in a very dirty neighborhood and down town. And our second room was on the first floor, the window was broken and could not be closed, and the noise and smell of street cigarettes came into the room. Breakfast was repetitive and very little, and it was not self-service.

It was in a dirty road. Though the hotel was clean. I liked that it had AC. But no tv in the rooms and no bathroom mats. Apart from that it was value for my money
