Fantastic hotel and very competitive price!

Really friendly small boutique hotel.
Rooms spacious and unique with balconies and spotless! Rooms cleaned daily to a high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very quiet with a lovely pool and pool towels provided.
Hotel has partnered with a number of beach clubs so discounts for some are available when booked through hotel eg free beds or % discount.
Breakfast is good quality.
On the Kalamar Road and around 15 mins walk into Kalkan but taxis very cheap and readily available, so saves the walk in the heat.
Thoroughly recommend this hotel. I’m on my 3rd visit!
Kalkan itself is a lovely place with great restaurants. Thoroughly recommend Aqua Bistro opposite the hotel or Baharat, Luna, Kalamaki and Seaport (harbour) in the town!

A perfect holiday experience in Kalkan.

This hotel has 4 rooms. I stayed there twice. I always choose this place whenever I come to Kalkan. The staff are friendly and helpful in every way. Breakfast here is arguably the best in the Kalkan region. The hotel manager, Ms. Gizem, is a true professional Thank you for everything, I highly recommend it

FABULOUS STAY AT PAYAVAR

I really don’t wish to leave this review as I would like this hidden gem to remain a secret
Fantastic experience from our initial contact with Mehmet and Erdem regarding our seamless reservation. They answered all my questions and were so helpful.
Special mention to both of these guys, they simply couldn’t do enough for us, recommendations, booking taxis to drawing maps ! ( they know what I refer to)
Lovely room. fabulous sea view, spotlessly clean with everything you would require. Toiletries, hairdryer, fridge, kettle etc ….
Amazing breakfast offering served with a smile from the lovely f and b team.
Pool area is beautiful.
Special mention to their partner beach club, Kalamar …. A little piece of paradise.
Thank you to Gizem and her fabulous team…..
we will definitely return.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was comfortable and quiet, amazing breakfast, great view from my room, and really helpful staff. They even helped me after my stay as I had forgotten my earrings & I was able to get them back. I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a 20-30 min walk from the harbour / main town centre, so it’s not the most central location but it was worth it in my opinion. I’d come back if I was returning. Z x

I highly recommend it.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and the breakfast and meals were quite adequate. The room was cleaned every day, as usual. Erdem Bey and Gizem Hanım were very helpful regarding our check-in and check-out times. We would also like to thank Mr. Yiğit and Ms. Pelin, who work at the restaurant. We will come back for the third time. We wish you continued success.
