Beautiful pool and view, great breakfast, very chill vibe to the place. Room was big, bed very comfy, balcony huge and fantastic. Bathroom great as well. Don’t get any expectations for the gym, it’s a tiny room with very limited equipment. Great price overall for a lovely stay.

Not a 3 star

The hotel is ok with amazing views but desperately in need of investment. Waiting Staff are great, maintenance staff sat under the balcony smoking and chatting from 6.30 am every morning. Room is barely touched each day - a cursory wipe round the bathroom and straightening the sheets at most. Advertised by TUI as having a gym - consisted of an ancient bike an Argos style treadmill and a couple of weights in a hot room. Definitely doesn’t warrant the 3 stars it has. Would have scored lower but got a deal so didn’t cost a lot - would have been extremely unhappy if paid full price.

Outstanding Service

We have stayed at the Happy Hotel several times over the last 10 years and always look to return. There is absolutely nothing bad to say about it, but what makes it such a great experience is the quality of the staff. They are all fantastic - polite, pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Special thanks to Hasan, Kubra and Levent, who not only went out of their way to make sure we had a great time, but they put up with our attempts at mastering the Turkish language with great humour. Fantastic holiday, thanks to all!

Beautiful View, Polite Staff, Relaxing Holiday

Although the hotel wasn't very new, it was generally clean and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the rooms and the maintenance of the pool were important to us, and we were pleased with that. The staff were very polite and helpful. One of our favorite aspects was the breathtaking view; it truly enhances the enjoyment of the experience. The fact that it wasn't too crowded was also a great advantage for relaxing.
The only thing to watch out for might be a little more careful cleaning of the towels and toilet in the room. However, when we reported the situation, they immediately addressed it and made changes; the employees' approach was very solution-oriented.
Considering it was a bed and breakfast only, the overall experience was adequate in terms of price-performance ratio, but the prices within the hotel were a bit expensive. Overall, it's a good choice for those who want a calm and relaxing vacation.

Lovely stay

Returned to Happy Hotel after 7yrs and it was still just as good. Very clean,staff perfect. Food at hotel very good. Sunbeds excellent with pool towels provided
