Just arrived,rested for 17 days everything is just super,room,food,staff really liked it,to the sea 7 min,our room was 307 very quiet and clean

If the hotel entrance is on the -1st floor, it is not 4*

As our hotel guide Refik used to say, "Well, my dear ones." I want to continue his sentence and say this - Well, my dears, if you caught room 212 or any other that overlooks the courtyard, then - "hang yourself" :))) Also I believe that if the entrance to the hotel and reception are on the -1 floor, then such "hotel" cannot a priori have 4 stars, as indicated by the RK Magic Dream Hotel. That was the first call. Back to the rooms that overlook the courtyard. I was "lucky enough" to stop by my room on Sunday, which is the day when "live music" takes place in the backyard of this hotel at exactly 8 p.m. I get the impression from local DJs that if your music is louder than your neighbor's, you're a really cool specialist. It's okay if someone just checked in and wants to get out of the way, forget it, man. Until at least 11 p.m. You can close all the doors and the windows tell me, but here comes the second problem. The use of closing the door to the balcony is practically non-existent. Just like from the walls between the rooms – pure visual decoration, absolutely everything is heard, right there and absolutely. That same evening, I asked the woman at the front desk, which you already know is on the 1st floor, to find me another room. It didn't work out immediately, but she promised to see. That was the second call. It is stated that the year of renovation of the hotel is 2023. You can safely deduct 10 years and get the value of 2013 - it still fits, as this hotel is too "tired" and has seen views in its age. When the Refik hotel guide invited us to the "auditorium" the next day for an introduction, I thought I was in the basement gym somewhere. A TV with an ancient kinescope (remember, there used to be one), billiards with a hole in the cloth and a chipped ball (like a bitten apple) were all quietly terrifying. I had to comfort myself with the thought that "I'm just here to sleep, right?" I remember Refik still had a grudge against us. After all his stories about the tours and the fact that the owner of this hotel buys out the tickets for the cable car to offer them cheaply to you - joyful tourists, at the end of the meeting gave us a base. That's why (because we didn't take the tours) this HOTEL is turning into a boarding house. By the way, he really looked like a boarding house. Dark as a reception basement, skewed cabinet doors in rooms, falling tiles in showers.
Let me tell you a little bit about the good stuff. Someone was writing about paper cups, and I was thinking, what a delicate and vulnerable person. Feeding well. You're not going to stay hungry.
My beach with sunbeds. There's an uncle working on the beach who regularly chases other people's tourists. He says he has the cleanest beach in Kemera.
By the way, I never moved into another room. The woman fed me breakfast, there are no rooms available on the side you want, you were not in the hotel yesterday, we are not moving in tonight, the room has not been cleaned yet. But one day I got lucky and was offered the number 127. It was on the opposite side of the inner noisy courtyard, no balcony. There was a window that I wanted to close, so as not to get in the way of the fountain, which is located on the street at the entrance, but not here – the window does not close, because the handle is broken : )). What fussiness do you say and be partly right. But pancake, I wish I could rest at night.
What a final one. Probably for all my negativity ;) my balcony was blown off by the wind a T-shirt that saved me from the sun on all sorts of excursions. Only found her missing at home. Wrote every available messenger and email, like you found my shirt, you can forward it to me, etc. What do you think the answer is? NI-FI-GA! Right here's not a line back.
I cannot recommend this hotel and I will not come to it myself.

Stayed 2 nights 5 staff attacked me I called the police I was ripped I received a rip-off report and complained my advice stay away from this hotel

Price quality

Let's start over. There were 4 people: my boyfriend (French nationality), me and my parents (Ukrainians). First acquaintance, and we were put in a room for one night with four beds standing in a row. It was the guy's introduction to his parents! Just imagine! How's that? It was already a very difficult moment, and then the circumstances were such that you had to sleep in the next beds. It's horrible. The room, I understand, was for the staff, although we were told it was a family room! So watch out!!! There's no noise insulation in the room. You can hear what the neighbors are doing, and even when they were draining the toilet the paint on the wall is in terrible condition. I attach the photo. The juice was terrible. It's just concentrate and water. Alcohol too (beer, vodka, whisky, crawfish, tequila, gin). Tequila and gin is flavored vodka there was no whiskey at all. As for the sauna, there was a broken shelf and no one was going to fix it. So you won't see the sauna. When the room was changed, they gave us nice rooms. But as you can see, the mood was already soured. One room had good cleaning, the other had a sheet changed only once, and towels changed a couple of times. But that's okay. Just by the way, if they give you room 406, don't take it! The fruit was just melon and watermelon.
Another downside. Wi-Fi is only at the front desk. So in the photo, you see what's going on. Disposable cups are not sustainable at all. Just imagine how much plastic there is every day at the bar . The coffee doesn't taste good. And the man who works on the beach really likes to swear. They didn't wash their feet, they sanded them. It's not very pleasant.
Out of the fun are the guys who work in the bar and restaurant . Delicious fish, paklava, cakes location excellent

At the hotel at 2:30. We settled at once, room 313, all in place, balcony on the pool and stage. I came to my room to change, rest and sleep. Breakfast,beach,changed clothes and walking around town,dinner,beach,changed clothes,walk around town,dinner,lobby. Wi-Fi in the lobby is b/paid,there is also paid,everywhere.
The hotel was just over 20 people, left alone on October 25, waiting for a transfer. The hotel closed.
At the reception Mergül(), everything will tell and help, every groom works.
Cleaning rooms five. Fatma and Heli are beyond praise. Even under the beds, I saw for myself, and in some places in hotels only trash will be taken out.
People were leaving, but Chef Ali was trying to be famous. The buffet was pleasantly surprising every time. Unfortunately, the fish was 1(one) time, but it's not the chief's fault. It's delicious.
Lobby coffee machine bar, juices, tea. Self-service. At 5 p.m., they bring a light snack.
There's no bar in the dining room.
Bar, drinks without and liquor, at the pool bar from 10 to 10. Juices,spikes,beer,wine red and white,strong alcohol. An amateur.
The beach is 800 steps,~500 meters. Beach for 2 hotels. Sand, small pebbles, sunbeds and umbrellas were enough. The bar is free.
On Monday the market(fruit, vegetables) by the main mosque,from the hotel left,again left and to the end of the street(10-15 min), near migros,A101,+a bunch of shops,on Thursday(promotional goods,clothing) far,did not go.
On the market accept cartons everywhere,lira,$,€.
I paid union drinks to the DSCB at the market and the A101 in migros refused to accept this card.
Since it is not the first time in Turkey, then did not take any excursions, prices do not know.
I think my holiday was a success, despite some turmoil after I checked out of my room.
