My stay with family was not goog. I booked my room for my family and paid the money. Receptionist told me that one extra bed will be arranged in your room but didn't arrange. I paid the extra money for the extra bed for my child.

The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were dirty: cups still had coffee and tea from previous guests, the kettle was unclean, the bathroom seat was dirty, and the rooms were dusty. Housekeeping did not seem to follow basic cleaning procedures. Additionally, the furniture was very old, there were no safe boxes, a strong smoking smell lingered in the rooms, and the windows were not clean. We ordered two Turkish coffees, and one of the cups was broken, which was really strange. The F&B staff did not check the cups before sending them to guests.
