Very good

We entered on September 7 and left on September 8. The best hotel I stayed in during my visits to Konya. I stayed in a luxury hotel. Believe me, this is my first time commenting. Cleanliness, breakfast was very good, soup is also on the menu. You won't find any dust in the places, and most importantly, there is no smoking issue. You can enjoy the comfort. Mustafabey is a person who has been doing this job since childhood. He takes care of his guests personally. He is friendly. The most important thing is that he has prayer rugs and musaf in his room. In a word, bad.

I mean, I'm astonished how they were able to give a perfect review for this place. To be honest, they are as old as they can be. Yes, the sheets and pillows are clean, but the pillows are like rocks, the bathroom is bad, it's not a very clean room, it may not be luxurious, it may be nice, but being clean is something different, they should have at least hammered a nail, the hotel hasn't had a single nail nailed since it was founded.

All improveable

My expectations were not high, but then they dropped further as soon as I saw the dirt in the room: dirty curtains/rollers, floor with hair and diffused dust. I noticed a general neglect: broken balcony door lock, fridge not working, water coming down from the ceiling, crooked shelf in the bathroom cabinet and more. The breakfast buffet was nothing exceptional and there was no coffee except soluble. Milk we had to request and remember. Just tea. No deviation from what is the typical Turkish breakfast except jam and nothing else and boiled egg. I could continue with small details all improveable. The 3 stars of the hotel I would reduce to 2. Location close to the center.

More like a workers hotel, than tourist place

Hotel lies very close to the center, and the price is good, staff is kind, but the service is just average. Rooms don't have any sound isolation, you hear noises all the night. The whole hotel has a kind of industrial feeling. Breakfast is poor, but can be enough. For me, the free closed parking was important, that1s why I choosed, didn't regret, but consider...

Big room

The hotel rooms were large enough. The hotel staff was polite. The location of the hotel was excellent. The cleaning of the room was fairly good.break fast was very basic turkish breakfast.not many choices.
