Great holiday
Great experience, loved it so much. Food was very good. Rooms were clean. So much fun during the day with the entertainer Amy. The location is very close to the beach.

Not great but has potential
This hotel has great potential great location for beach and main street of marmaris. But unfortunately it is not great right now.
We arrived at the hotel at 9.30am after an over night flight we were tired hungry and it was 40 degrees outside so very hot. We also had 5 kids with us. The receptionist told us checkin wasn't untill 2pm (this wasnt stated any where when we booked). We asked if we could atleast go for breakfast as all inclusive was still on at that time. We was told no it would cost extra. There was no were safe for us to leave our cases. We was told to leave them next to reception in the seating area right by the front door which we were not happy about but we needed to go and eat some were.
All communal hotel areas do not have air-conditioning as it states in the details. The only thing it has is 1 big portable ac unit in the food area downstairs. The hotel is hot!
Our ac in the bedroom was fab though. Which was needed after walkin up 4 flights of stairs with our cases in extreme temperatures. No lift in the hotel.
Rooms were average. Definitely need to employ better cleaners as our room was not cleaned once. She just made the beds each day floors were dirty all week. Towels changed every 3 days (not sure they were) but we had the same bath mat all week which was black off the dirty wet floors from bathroom.
All inclusive is not all-inclusive no ice-cream on it or cocktails apart from the weird random cocktail made daily in the despenser on the bar. Tasted vile. Food very much the same everyday nothing for kids apart from pancakes every morning. Snack bar between 4 and 5 normally hotdogs or nuggets and ice-cream just for that hour. What food that was there was not bad but not the best ither.
Pool area is great never struggled to get loungers and there was 8 of us. Only downside the floor gets very slippy and the 1 man who was cleaning around the pool everyday did his best to keep it clean and dry. If u sit down the bottom area were the drain is it smells realy bad. Didn't see anyone cleaning the floors around the pool just brushing the water away.
No entertainment realy going on. Just some pools aerobics.
We went out every night as nothing going on in the hotel.
I will not be going back to this hotel unless it changes massively. Such a shame!

Worst hotel
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in
The rooms did not get cleaned properly we had to ask for cleans towels
And the food was just disgusting me amd my son had to eat out every night
No entertainment in the evening and the entertainment in the day was the same every day
The staff was rude and unhelpful
Definitely would never recommend this hotel

The hotel was nice with a great pool and close to the beach. Rooms are a good size only thing that let it down was the food was not to my taste and the beer was watered down. But could buy beers at the bar. The staff are lovely especially the bar men emir and Bulent and the .Amy ( zeynep ) from animation team is really great.She always so full of energy and fun. Providing great entertainment. ❤️

A nice time
So the hotel was nice for its price, really clean, rooms nice and big, food was nice but it was repatative.
Beach is close and city center too.
At the hotel we met a really nice entertainer called Amy (Zeynep), she helped us with a lot of things, learn us somthing about Turkish culture. She did nice program in the day, talked to us every day how are we. I really recomend the hotel and pray for Amy becouse she's the best. 10/10 expierience
