If you just want to chill by the pool, eat and you are not bothered what you drink this is ok

Some good and some bad points. The reception staff do not know any English so you don't get a very nice welcome and just left to figure things out. The food is very nice and the staff in the dinning room are helpful and friendly. The bar is displaying empty bottles and the drinks are very limited and sometime even the soft drinks are out of stock. The Entertainment staff are great and included my daughter in loads of things and chatted to us every time they saw us. Beach towels are very marked and even had holes in and our room only got cleaned once although it was a nice room and the gym was an absolute mess and covered in broken equipment. The pool is lovely so if you just want to eat and sit by the pool then its ok. The beach area is nothing like what they advise and again we struggled to get a drink and there was an empty ice cream fridge. Once you walk down the hill and into town the front is nice and we got a nice drink and did a bit of shopping in a very cute gift shop. We love animals so the cats and wild boar were a hit with us.

Tesiste konaklamaya hâlâ devam ediyorum. Gelmeden önce yapılan olumsuz yorumların fazlalığı nedeniyle açıkçası biraz tereddüt etmiştim; ancak tesise geldiğimde oldukça olumlu bir deneyim yaşadım. Karşılama gayet güzel, personel güler yüzlü, ilgili ve karşılaşılan sorunlar konusunda çözüm odaklı.
Odaların biraz eski olduğu doğru, ancak temizlik konusunda oldukça titizler. Yemekler ve genel hizmet kalitesi de beklentimin üzerinde. Büfede her gün et ağırlıklı bir menü olmasını beklememek gerekiyor; daha çok çeşitli ürünlerin sunulduğu bir konsept var.
Bence yapılan olumsuz yorumların bir kısmı tamamen kişisel beklentilerle ilgili. Çok yüksek beklentilerle gelinmediği sürece fiyat-performans açısından gayet başarılı bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Genel olarak konaklamamdan memnunum ve personelin ilgisini özellikle belirtmek isterim.

However, once I arrived, I had a very positive experience. The welcome was very pleasant, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented when it comes to any issues that arise.
It is true that the rooms are somewhat dated, but they are very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness. The food and overall quality of service have also exceeded my expectations. You should not expect a meat-heavy menu at the buffet every day; rather, the concept is based on offering a wide variety of different dishes and products.
In my opinion, some of the negative reviews are simply related to personal expectations. As long as you do not arrive with extremely high expectations, I think this is a very successful hotel in terms of value for money. Overall, I am happy with my stay, and I would especially like to highlight how attentive and helpful the staff have been.

Amazing view

A lovely place with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The sea view is amazing, the surroundings are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
