At city center and clean

Has a free parking, modest breakfast (no open buffet but breakfast dish enough for me but not that much), staff friendly, reception is at first floor (there is an elevator from 0 to reception and other floors but should inform reception if you wish to use the elevator going down to zero), there is big market just 50 metres away, pharmacy, barber... Etc down stairs. Ladies at the reception are very nie. Nice hotel, I would recommend it.

Clean, tidy and central but less than we expected

Clean and relatively central, polite personnel. Daily room cleaning. Good noice isolation from outside, poor from inside. But: very poor English, same breakfast every day with no options. Even if we did not eat our french fries or jams for 9 days, no one asked if we would like to have an extra egg instead for example. Not being able to exit to the street floor for ”security reasons”. Only 3 tables on the terrass where mostly smokers. Tiny room, only 3 cloth hangers, only 1 toilet paper roll… lots of things making this hotel avarage instead of good. We have travelled mostly in European countries so compared to other Turkish hotels this might be considered good.

Thank you very much for your nice comments. yes our hotel is a bit small but clean family hotel. and our breakfast is rich and satisfying. We always leave a spare toilet roll in the lower cupboard in your room bathroom, sorry I guess you didn't see it or you could have asked it from the reception. We are working hard to offer you the best service. We look forward to seeing you again.

Nice Stay

Staff are friendly & helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Çağrı at front desk. He was very helpful and hospitable. Location is in middle of everything like restaurants & supermarkets. Urdo Telefrik & Shops is at walkable distance. The information desk lady was always smiling, helpful & customer oriented. The service and care of the customer was very impressive.
I would like to thank all the people working there for their politeness, kindness and friendly. We had a very warm welcoming during check in and warm farewell during check out. Their hospitality & Politeness is extended even after check out. Everybody in this hotel is trying to make our stay enjoyable and me and my family are highly appreciating that. The breakfast was very nice.

Highly recommended hotel

Sonerbey hotel location was nice in a nice city (Ordu),It is a 2 star hotel but it is treated by 3 star service's ,I had a room in the Third floor No :303 for a night from 05 to 06-04-17 the room were nice ,clean & comfortable,there are free biscuit and cake, The bathroom was clean, Free Wi-Fi,free parking, Reception staff friendly & helpful (Mr. Cagri with hotel group are polite & they are Conversant with the rules of the profession) The idea of offering breakfast to customers is fantastic, breakfast nice, quality\ very good price, easy to go anywhere, you have to see the ancient city, a lot of restaurants, Coffees, Shops, I recommend this hotel to youth travelers. Highly recommended hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip from Cappadokya to Batumi. Very hospitable and friendly staff. Private parking. Good breakfast. Clean and tidy rooms. Everything is like new. Reasonable price. Recommend for everybody.
