Elegant Details, Sincere Service: An accommodation that met our expectations.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The cleanliness and size of the room met our expectations. The leather seating set in the room was a real lifesaver for us; both its stylish design and practicality created a breathable space for us. The only negative aspects we could mention during our stay were the lack of a balcony in the room and the small size of the minibar, which didn't provide adequate cooling; apart from these details, we didn't feel any other shortcomings.
Breakfast was served buffet style, and the variety and presentation were truly excellent. The restaurant where we had breakfast was also very stylish and spacious; both its atmosphere and the variety of its breakfast buffet made for a great start to the day.
We were also very pleased with the hotel in terms of staff; everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel comfortable during check-in, and all our requests and questions were answered quickly and satisfactorily every time. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and are considering choosing it again.

We leave even more satisfied with each visit.

This is our 4th or 5th visit to this hotel, and it's truly wonderful to see that, as always, it hasn't lost any of its quality. Interest and engagement have been as high as ever.
In particular, Ms. Gamze, who was working at the reception desk, with her usual helpful, smiling, and warm welcome, made us feel as if we were seeing our relatives, spouses, and friends again after a long time. We sincerely thank him and his entire team.
The rooms are very quiet, comfortable, and furnished with high-quality items. The spa and Turkish bath complex is also really excellent. The professional service of the Indonesian masseurs, in particular, is commendable.
The hotel's location and design are also quite successful. However, one of its most important advantages for us is definitely its breakfast. It's truly excellent in terms of variety and quality.
We are delighted to see the same quality, attention, and friendliness every time we visit. We would like to thank the entire team for their efforts. We would like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Gamze. We will definitely come back!

Enjoyable Family Vacation ️

We stayed with our family from July 27th to August 2nd and were very pleased. The hotel was clean and in a quiet and peaceful environment. Its proximity to the city center made it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. We recommend it with complete confidence ☺️

Price-Performance Ratio

The hotel is a bit outside the city, but it's close enough that you shouldn't have any problems if you're driving your own car. The service, friendliness, food and drink quality, decor, and cleanliness are all excellent. As someone who generally dislikes rooms being carpeted, I observed that issue here as well. Unremoved stains, burn marks, and other deformations on carpets can not only create a negative visual impression but also lead to a perceived lack of cleanliness. If I were the business, I would remove the carpets from the rooms. For short business or city trips lasting one or two nights, Çanakkale is a great option.

The restaurant was very expensive with little choice and the food was average.
Would use this hotel again but not the restaurant.
