No interest in the customer.

First of all, there was no one in charge at the reception, the refrigerator in our room was empty and the water was half-empty as someone had drunk from it before, and the beds made an extremely disturbing noise. There was no interest or helpfulness from the staff.

We Reservation the Deluxe room through the hotels. But it doesn’t have anything to do with the room featured in the photos. The room we were trying to give to was a dirty underground room that stinks of rump and pine. They never helped us to report this situation. We didn’t leave the hotel and moved to another hotel. Absolutely not a Recommendation.

There was no breakfast - and dining, dirty rooms, towels are terrible, no fresh towels, very bad bed linings and pillow, smelly and very tiny bathroom, no-one at the premises, very unsafe, everybody can walk up to the rooms, seriously nothing was positive to remember from.

Bad experience

I made the reservation and announced that I was arriving from Istanbul at 7 pm. There was no one at the front desk. A guest called him to come. He never came. Conclusion: I walked 2 km at night and cold looking for other accommodation. A fright the stone hill, I do not recommend going through this

Berbat, bomboş otele 2 kadın rezervasonu riski düşünülmediği, otel girişi, kapıgüvenliği, ışıklandırma, yok!!! oda ışık bozuk!! Karartma gibi cep tel ışıklarıyla sekreter dışardan geldi yardım etti. Saldırıya uğrayabilirdik!! Gecemiz berbat edildi. Yazıklar olsun.
Uzunhan otellerine gece değişiklik yapıldı. Ve özür bile dilenmedi. Herhangi bir jest yapma gereği duyulmadı. Otel sahibi ilgisiz. Bu seçime Çok pişman olduk
