I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Everyone had gloomy faces, the bed linens were torn, the room was damp, the television didn't work, there was no heating, the beds were ripped, the lights didn't work, the toilet door was difficult to open, the refrigerator door was broken and about to fall on us, and the refrigerator didn't work, the ventilation system didn't work, the desk was full of holes, and the mirrors were covered in fingerprints. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, DON'T COME!

I bought it a week ago to go on a trip to Samsun with my fiancée. We arrived at the hotel at two in the morning. We were denied entry to the hotel because we weren't married, even though we were wearing our engagement rings. We had to look for a hotel in the rain at two in the morning. I'd like to ask a very brief question. What business is it of yours what happens to people's private lives? If it makes noise, you warn the customer. What's with all this moral policing before we even enter the hotel? I've stayed in 100 hotels and I've never seen such nonsense anywhere else. That was an action unbecoming of Samsun. We were humiliated in the middle of the night.

Failed AC motor

You couldn’t sleep from the AC engine (room 105) If the municipal parking front of the hotel hadn’t been closed, I’d pick up my car and go to another hotel. I feel like I’m in the same room with a water motor as the receptionist says, “I can’t do this.” I have to go early in the morning, sleepless and tired...

Worst place ever, horrible staff and dishonest

This place are thieves. We booked a room on agoda.com and paid online. When we arrived, the receptionist asked for a marriage certificate ( this was written nowhere on their website or agoda's) and denied us the room we paid for because we were not married. We asked for our money back and he refused. He was so unpolite, we ended up calling the police who couldn't do anything. This hotel will take advantage of you, it looked grim and dirty, and I recomment avoiding it at all costs.
