Superb location, great breakfast

An old mansion house with courtyard in a superb, quiet location near Balikligol and public transport. It is an easy walk through the park to the archaeological museum and 01 bus to Gobeklitepe.
An excellent breakfast (not buffet) was served by very pleasant breakfast staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Rooftop terrace was very peaceful in the evening, cay was provided. Bathroom was fine.
No WiFi in rooms just in reception and on terrace. No kettle, tea available only at breakfast/in evening. Toilet bin not emptied whole stay. Fridge not working, reception spoke no English and were not interested.

THE BEST OF URFA ❤️

Amazing Hostel. Employees, friends, amazing people. My mother and I chose our stay in Urfa next to Cihangir Konak for your trip from Mardin to Urfa, and it’s a good thing we found it. Very good location, rooms, terrace, prices. Breakfast is good and must, and we''re also grateful for the Tea and Coffee treats on the terrace in the evenings.
The reception recommended very good tours and row nights, our next home in Urfa is Cihangir Cottage, the only place I would recommend for all the surroundings as well for pleasure and satisfaction ❤️Ismail, Veysel and Omer Bey thank you very much Also, we loved our brother Mehmet Bey from breakfast service, Hope we see him again, greetings and regards to everyone ♫

It was an impeccable experience. Room, beds, bathroom was enough. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

What a great hotel. The food, the rooms, the approach of the staff were impeccable. Mr. Manager was constantly striving for the process to proceed seamlessly, and the staff were constantly running. Luckily, our tour chose this place.

A beautiful mansion that provides super delicious breakfast!!

A very beautiful and historical looking building in a location that is exactly opposite to the main attraction of Sanliurfa - the Abraham's pool. In an alleyway which also gives a very historical vibe! Well, the building is atleast 100 years old, so it is genuinely historical.
Room amenities are alright. Bathroom is really really small, but clean and functional.
It has a nice terrace to sit, relax and have some tea.
The breakfast was GRAND. Everything tasted sooo delicious!! It was actually the highlight of our one night stay!!
The hotel staff were very welcoming.
(FYI- Vehicles do not enter the street. There is a car park nearby where you have to park the car and a guy from hotel comes to take the luggage. Just 2 or 3 minutes walk to the hotel)

So good I’m going back

Without doubt this historical building is an absolute treasure. Their breakfast is so good I just booked to stay with them again in August.
The staff are wonderful, helpful and generous. Parking is easy. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location could not be better.
Take advantage of all this wonderful hotel has to offer. I’m sorry it has taken me so long to leave the review, I can’t wait to see you all again soon!
