Awful

Omg where do I start. Formal complaint to love holidays. Photos of rooms absolutely NOT that hotel. Never felt so scared in my life. Fighting , rooms disgusting,filthy no hot water at all ,food awful had to eat out. I was punched in the face by a Russian guest. People having sex in pool and on the stairs People openly taking drugs . Worst holiday ever

It’s terrible

I came here five years ago and was satisfied. When I came back today, I was honestly shocked. The hotel is completely neglected, poorly managed, and disorganized. It is absolutely unbearable. Unfortunately, I chose this hotel, but I definitely do not recommend it.

staff are so disrespectful and they dont do nothing at all, dont waste your money!!!

came to this hotel on the 29th of June paid 1200 just for the hotel i had the vip red room i came in my room and the shower and windows was so dirty they didn’t clean it before i came at all the red hot tub was dusty and it smellt like dirty sewers i went and asked the manager and they did nothing about it at all they are really disrespectful and have no manners at all my fridge in the room didn’t work at all ive been waiting 3 full days for them to come and clean my room and change the fridge the bedroom doors dont even shut properly at all so its no safety here at all the food is disgusting and its always flys all in thw food the only good thing about this hotel is the pool so i would not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

The hotel seems to have become famous for pick-ups who come here to pick up, very shady types among guests.

Very bad:
I booked al including with over 10000kr per person to have a good hotel but was very disappointed with what I got.
1- No hot water in the room
2- Non-cleaned room and outside the room
3- Found mold in bathroom
4- Food not so good and unhygienic
5- Poor service from staff
6- Bad drinks
7- is not close to the beach and even though it says that the hotel has beach with service by the beach, this is not true.

Never returning

Room was ok nice size . We arrived early morning the whole place was in darkness no lights on in corridors . We booked for 12 nights for our Honeymoon not once did we have any house keeping to clean our room we asked for clean towels which where just left on the side . Food served outside not cover with anything but flys . All staff had very poor English especially the reception staff/bar staff - Ran out of milk powder for all coffee machines and most days didn’t have milk for cereal . Not adult only as the days went on more and more small children arrived . The gym was outside and was unsafe and not fit for purpose . Lift kept breaking on the “relaxed” side of the hotel.
