Not the first time in Turkey, but this hotel is the first time. Everything liked the food and the staff was respectful. We recommend it!

How a negative incident and misguided management reaction can ruin the hotel's impression
Sun, sea... But, the impression is ruined by the theft on a guarded beach, took off their watches to swim, stashed in a bag, dinner time, hardly any people, left cigarettes on a deckchair. That's what got the attention. Then, apparently, they got into the bag. They swam for about five or eight minutes, immediately found out they were missing and went to reception. The result: the manager tried to convince us several times during the conversation that we might have lost them elsewhere... In short, be vigilant and not count on the administration's attention.

После вашего обращения сотрудники отеля в течение двух дней проверяли все возможные варианты и предпринимали действия, чтобы помочь в поиске пропавших часов. К сожалению, несмотря на приложенные усилия, установить их местонахождение не удалось.
Также обращаем внимание, что пляж является общественной территорией, которой могут пользоваться не только гости отеля, но и другие посетители.

a pleasant stay, except for one thing
This was my first (but not last) stay at this hotel. The location was excellent – close to the beach. The hotel beach, with sun loungers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff member (Mucathit Akcan) was unprofessional. He ignored Polish tourists, making us feel disrespected, and only promoted Germans and Russians. A friend of mine pointed this out to him, and he was rude to her, leading to verbal abuse. The matter was reported to guest relations (a very nice lady). He didn't apologize for his behavior. One of the managers, Ufuk, apologized for the situation – he was helpful and accommodating. Another manager, Mesut, also showed an interest in the hotel guests. In short – everything was great except for the unpleasant employee, Mucathit Akcan.
Soon I will be back at the hotel with my family and I hope that the situation will change.

My opinion
I was there with friends this month. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. Everything is highly recommended. However, I must mention the unpleasant incident that happened to one of us at the hands of the Mücahit Akcan entertainment manager (verbal aggression) after we reported it to guest relations. As Polish tourists, we felt left out. All the attention is focused on German and Russian tourists. Poles also come here, yet they are overlooked. The manager, Ufuk, apologized for the entire situation, even though it wasn't his fault.

I'm happy to return to the hotel; this was our second stay.
The food remains the same – good quality, with a wide variety, everyone will find something to their liking.
The rooms are cleaned daily, including towel changes.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, except for the entertainment manager, Mücahit Akcan, who focuses solely on German and Russian guests.
While they are the majority of the hotel, Polish and other tourists also come. After the unpleasant incident and reporting the matter to guest relations, he became very rude and even aggressive (verbally).
The behavior was very unprofessional. There was no apology or remedy.
