This hotel is an important part of experiencing the beauty of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also a big advantage, as it is close to many places and makes getting around very easy. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

It was a disappointment.

Frankly, I was disappointed.
Yes, the price is relatively reasonable, but the rooms are very cramped.
Breakfast in the form of a breakfast plate
It surprised me.
I don't think I'll stay unless I'm in a really tight spot.

Our first time in Tokata

This was the first time we went with your wife ...we liked the hotel's place in walking distance to huge attractions,the cleanliness and visibility of the intruder lobby caught our attention.The interior smelled bad when we entered the room that the tables seemed clean and neat and the sheets were obviously not changed.The pillows were too high we couldn't sleep.I think you could have added a flat pillow.For those who can't sleep high.I think the interior smelled bad when we entered the room that the tables seemed dirty and clean and very airy if I wish the bed linen had not been changed, but the detailed cleanliness would have been more satisfied.I think it was nice but seriously important in terms of comfort. We may not see all these shortcomings just because of her Laughter..it was so sweet and sympathetic..in her I especially thank you for your interest..As I said, you are the winners in the area of cleanliness and comfort..good days

Clean room, nice service, decent breakfast except Tokat yağlısi was not fresh
Only problem was the slope on shower floor was wrong so water would go out of shower pan and you would need to wipe/dry the floor after shower
Location is very central
All in all I would recommend for a comfortable stay

Absolutely great hotel

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Exceptional in all regards.
1. Large, spacious, well-designed rooms; excellent bed; plenty of workspace;
2. Very large bathrooms with great shower; well appointed with towels, soap, shampoo, etc
3. Delicious and very generous breakfast/kahvalti;
4. Fast wifi;
5. Gracious, very helpful, friendly staff
6. Perfect location to explore one of the most picturesque towns in Turkiye; near museums, historic sites, and shopping.
