Business trip
From the reception staff to the cleaning personnel, a truly wonderful establishment where naturalness and sincerity are paramount. We especially want to extend our thanks to Ms. Berna at the reception. They left no room for criticism regarding cleanliness, hygiene, and other aspects of the rooms and the hotel. I wholeheartedly congratulate them.

MORE THAN YOU EXPECT
You feel the difference as soon as you enter the door. The lobby team, especially Mr. Bahadar and Mr. Burak, are incredibly friendly, friendly, polite and kind. It’s now something that’s uncommon on hotels—you don’t feel like a customer, you feel like a guest.
The hotel''s material quality is truly top segment. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious. Full cleaning every day, spotless Newbie towels and sheets—no need to think, “Did they jump today?” You can stay relaxed about hygiene.
The price-performance topic deserves a separate title:
Very good for that quality, and surprisingly inexpensive compared to other hotels. And the location is legendary—it’s within walking distance. Transportation had no problems.
It''s a small yet subtle touch of tea and water in the lobby. It makes you happy at the exhaust of the day.
And breakfast—each day is free, sufficient, clean and attentive. “Free anyway” hasn’t been passed. I recommend it with a closed eye for those looking for a place to stay in Trabzon. I was very pleased and there’s no reason not to come back.

It is badly let down by its bathrooms and breakfasts. The hotel is in a good location, although next to main port road and flyover so you can’t really leave your window open.
The rooms are a good size and there is a lovely bar area which is nice to sit and relax in after a day out. However, when we arrived the room smelt badly of damp; turns out the showers in the bathroom are very badly designed and flood every time you use them. This meant the wallpaper in the bathrooms was peeling away up the walls. The make up mirror was broken on the wall and missing.
Also there was a coffee machine in the room - but no coffee pods. And proper cups and glasses are for some reason not allowed in the rooms. Neither of us can bear having drinks from paper cups. The room was however very clean.
The breakfast was not good. On the first day because the hotel was fairly empty it was served to us, and whilst not great it was edible. The next two days it was buffet style and dreadful. Nothing was fresh, the cheeses were all hard greasy and the menemen looked disgusting.
However, despite its flaws our stay was okay, mainly because the young staff who work there were all lovely. Don’t think we’d stay again though
