Unfortunately, there is no elevator.

I stayed at this hotel with an organized tour. Beautiful hotel, BUT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, and those with mobility issues may not be able to stay here (the rooms are at street level, but the restaurant is two floors down).
The room is not very large but clean.
The self-service restaurant is well-stocked, good for both dinner and breakfast.
The pool is small but nice; unfortunately, I could not use it because a storm came and the weather was cold.
The staff is very kind and helpful.

Stay in the heart of Cappadocia

Second stop of our guided tour at the Burcu Kaya hotel, we stay for 2 nights, hotel with huge potential, but exploited little and badly, staff organization to review, nice rooms even if small with little space, you sleep inside rooms dug into the tuff, bad soundproofing, you hear everything, poorly organized dinner restaurant, good breakfast, after the first night there was a mix-up, we did not change the towels despite having them on the ground. But luckily it was solved, just ask. With some caution it would make a great hotel. SIN

The Kingdom of Dirt

I state that I did not independently choose the hotel but it was included in a travel package taken through tour operators to which I will complain personally. Externally pleasant hotel but how you enter the rooms the total crap! Indecent, dirty rooms, towels and sheets that seemed to have been used by others, with hair on the bed, dirty bathroom, window furniture and dirty mirrors. We complained as soon as we arrived and a girl alone tried to make the situation slightly improveable but it was almost impossible. On the second day the situation did not improve much. Even the eating compared to other places around leaves much to be desired. Absolutely not recommended

Don’t prefer!

The hotel staff were extremely uneducated, taken from the fields and brought to the hotel. The toiletries in the rooms are low quality. Cleanliness is insufficient. They even serve the towel with the stomach, which also smells of chlorine. You’re expected to eat all the meat and dessert at the restaurant at the same pace, and the food at breakfast is low quality. The hotel''s swimming pool is under construction. Pure regret

Cozy and warm atmosphere

There’s a very attentive staff from the course to the moment of coming out of Crete, friendly and helping you with the area. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful. It’s my first time in Cappadocia, but I’d go back to Burcu Kaya and Dilek Kaya again. Compenses
