Pleasant and welcoming

I had a wonderful experience at the Dimet Park Hotel. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The staff at this property are all great especially the general manager Mr. Emre Deger who is very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable just I didn't like the small and narrow pillows. Excellent location walking distance to everything downtown. Your wife may reach the LC WKIKI branch in 1 min of walking :). The breakfast was good (typical Turkish breakfast). The price was amazing and would definitely stay there again.

Central Location with Nice Staff, but Dirty Rooms and Weak Lighting

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience.
On the positive side, the hotel has an excellent location in the city center, which is very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, which made communication easy and pleasant. The hotel also offered Wi-Fi, and there was a TV in the lobby broadcasting Iran International, which is a nice advantage for Iranian guests. Another positive point was that after we reported the lack of cleanliness, the staff provided us with clean bed sheets. Drinking water was also available, which was convenient.
However, there were several negative aspects that affected our stay. The room lighting was very poor, making the space feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets, blankets, and pillows were dirty, and we even noticed hair on them. The drawers were also unclean. Additionally, there was only one power outlet in the room, which was quite inconvenient. Considering these issues, the hotel rating displayed at the reception (around 8+) did not seem accurate to me.
Overall, while the staff and a few amenities were good, the cleanliness and room conditions need serious improvement. Unless you have no other choice, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Run, don’t walk away!

I have been traveling for the past 40 years and been in more than 2000 hotels around the world and I can say, with absolute certainly, that this is the worst place I’ve ever set foot on. We should’ve known at our arrival, the elevators not working was an ominous sign. And that the bell boy having to kick the door open as he turned the handle should have been the next sign for us to turn around. The fowl swear smell that hit us should have made us run away, but after a 30 hour drive we were just too tired to notice that this hotel had no air-conditioning and passed out on their soiled bedding,
….. until the next day when realized what a horrible mistake we had made!!

Location of hotele is great, room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, staff spechially Ms Mahmoudi are freindly and helpfull, breakfast good, resonable price
Daily cleaning service was poor and unstable Wifi

Don’t stay here, even for a night

It was terrible hotel, hotel?!!!!!!!! It was motel,
No sanitation
No facilities
Everything is corrupted
One person do everything in this place :)
We stay in best room, but it’s very disappointing.
I suggest you use another hotel.
