Great value friendly hotel in Van

Great value. V clean room and incredibly helpful (English speaking) staff on reception. Well located for the city centre, castle and markets. Breakfast was good for the price. Highly recommended.

Great Staff, in an old and used hotel

I spent 3 nights there and It was my first time in Van and I liked my trip. At first impression from reception staff was friendly and helpful. If i want to summarized the merits and downsides of my stay , I will mentioned point below:
Good points: 1- the room was big enough for 3 persons and we felt very well
2- The beds was comfortable
3- They could speak Persian very well.
4-The bath room was old , but the shower was acceptable
5- The breakfast was acceptable, but don't trust shared pictures
6- Thee most important points was close to shopping malls and resturants
Bad points
1- it was located in an old neighborhood and the surrounding of hotel was dirty
2- The minbar was broken , so we didn't have cold water
3- they didn't serve lunch and dinner
4 - it needs renovation
5- The room was so simple and it can be equipped better
Because of plenty choices of hotel in Van I won't come here again

A Very Good Stay

Location is grate. You can walk to main street and shopping centers. Breakfast is as a complete buffet (famous Van breakfast). There is a private parking beside the hotel. The staff are helpful. The room was large enough, quiet, clean and comfortable
WiFi was so weak in the room. The owner or the manager was sometimes smoking in his room and the smell of the cigarettes wafted through the lobby.

I stayed above 9 night in hotel
There are one advantage for Resmina hotel that near central city (Beshyol Square)
Just and disadvantage is very sample:
1- Breakfast is very poor
2-Shower and bathroom awful
3- Bed mattress is broken
4- This hotel is very old and infrastructure have problem

Reasonable to stay for a night

I stayed for a night in Resmina Hotel. Checkin procedure almost taken about 15 minutes and the reception requester me to wait for another 15 minute in lobby to make the room ready. Although the price is quite reasonable, there are some issues that required to be consider by management for prospective guests;
- There wasn't any slippers at bathroom
- Hair dryer wasn't work properly
- Aircond was extremely noisy and it may cause kinda restless night for sensitive people
- There wasn't coffee for breakfast but a Nescafé powder for self made.
Last but not least, I must emphasis that the crew members here are quite friendly and approachable.
