Overall a good experience and close to the airport
I stayed for two nights and my overall experience was good.
What I liked:
- the room was comfortable and clean
- breakfast on the terrace
- the garden smith the pool - for me a good place to write and read
- food in the restaurant with one exception
- friendly a helpful staff
- the hotels supports trainees to get first practical experience
Room for improvement:
- WiFi became very slow and unresponsive in the evening
- the traditional chicken stew was not good. the meet was just bones and skins
- the laddies sitting in the garden and offering services like massage and ohters I don't want to explicitly mention, but you can imagine what I'm talking about
- the laundry is much to expensive. this is a rip off. in Kenya I paid for more items 20% of the price I paid here.

While we're pleased to hear you found our room comfortable and clean, and liked our breakfast on terrace, the garden smith the pool, being a good place to write and read, food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff as well as supporting the trainees to get their first practical experience, I'm truly sorry to learn that your experience with our Wi-Fi became very slow and unresponsive in the evening, the traditional chicken stew not being good, the ladies sitting in the gardens and the laundry being to much expensive.
We take great pride in offering quality hospitable services at all times and your descriptions in the room for improvement is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver. i sincerely apologize if it missed the mark during your visit.
We do value all guest input especially when its as candid as yours and I'll be sharing your feedback with our IT department, Kitchen department and the management at large to ensure consistency and quality remain top priorities.

Not a good experience
Rooms and furniture are old
Service terrible: only one towel for two guests. I asked for the towel and it took forever to bring it.
Bed in terrible shape, not at all for a good night sleep.
Curtains are awful
The screen is very small and old

OUR CONFERENCE AT THE HOTEL
We had our FAO conference at lake Victoria granada hotel and we really succeeded as every thing went as planned and the staff were really at their top notch,excellent hospitable services were offered and the meals were really continental fitting all our origins,a big thanks to chef in charge.

Rest in Victoria Lake Hotel.
A year ago, this was a great hotel. Maybe the management changed or something. Now it is not the great place it used to be. Very often and for a long time, the electricity is turned off, so the air conditioning in the room will not work and it will be very stuffy and hot. You can go to the bathroom and you will not have water or there will be very little pressure, you will not be able to wash yourself normally. This is a good hotel, but if they want people to stay there, they need to change a lot, and not focus on the military, who can tolerate a lot. Also, during the day, you can't bring your friends or acquaintances to your room, at the reception they will demand $ 30 from you, citing security. This is not even at night, but during the day. A semblance of a miniature prison. Probably the only hotel in the whole world. Only they know how $ 30 affects security. Food for thought for everyone.

Apologies for what went wrong during your stay but to begin with, allow me to bring this to your attention that the hotel has a policy of charging an extra charge when the guest changes the status of the room away from his or her initial booking details, that's to say, you came as a single guest but later on you came with your visitor whom you wanted to access your room, the receptionist by the hotel law will have to charge you for your extra person but at a lower rate that yours who occupied the room before.
During your visit, there was a general abnormality of Power being unstable in the entire Entebbe area but later it got stable through our generator and the problem was no more. The hotel is undergoing preventative maintenance to ensure that all our guests are satisfied at all times.
