A great escape

The ambiance is great. Good location with lots of birds of birds and fresh air away from the city crowds. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food menu didn’t offer lots of options. Had a relaxing good weekend.

Short Retreat

Great location for a short break. Staff very friendly. Great views of the lake from all room. Abundant birdlife on the island.

Enjoyment ku enjoyment

It was such a memorable experience while crossing through the source of the Nile to the Island.
With interesting historical stories about the surrounding areas. Photos were taken at the source and the place is budget friendly to.
Such a retreat with friends or family is worth in Jinja.
Am sure to visit again and more.

Samuka Island Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottages were clean and everything worked well. The staff was very accommodating. The chef asked us before every meal what we would like to eat. The food was great. The cottages were wonderful and the staff was outstanding! We absolutely stay here again!

A visit to bird's paradise

I enjoyed watching the many birds needing at the isalands. Customer services needs improvement. I felt the accommodation is overpriced taking into account that there are not many activities apart from watching the birds. I also am of the view that more trees be planted to improve nesting condition of the birds
