The service was excellent. I ordered for pork chops and they were delicious. The customer service was excellent, I was served by David.

The food was nice. The services were fast and good. There was a beautiful scenary. There was really nice classical music. I look forward to coming here again.

Excellent Hospitality!!!!
Excellent Hospitality and customer service. Reception staff and managers are very friendly. Indian cuisine is delicious specifically the Tandoori checkin tikka. World class facilities with beautiful swimming pool, fully equipped gym and sauna steam, basketball, squash and tennis courts. Must visit when in Kampala

Bad experience and management will look forward to
My experience at Kabira Swimming Place was disappointing.
While the facility is generally family-friendly, I was unhappy to learn that my children’s nanny was charged an additional UGX 30,000 simply for accompanying the children, despite not participating in any activities.
I paid UGX 140,000 for access to swimming and gym activities for myself and my two children, so this extra charge came as an unexpected surprise.
I hope the management will review such policies in the future and pay closer attention to customer concerns and requests. Improving transparency and customer service would greatly enhance the experience for families visiting the facility.

Additionally, you always came with a trainer and Unfortunately, this information was not communicated to our reception team during the payment process. Had this been discussed at the time of entry, our team would have been able to explain the applicable charges and policies more clearly to avoid any misunderstanding.
We appreciate your comments regarding transparency and customer service. Guest feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our communication and service standards. We will continue to review our procedures to ensure that all guests are fully informed of applicable charges before accessing our facilities.
