Good customer service

I planned this trip in a rush and only stayed for two nights. It was comfortable and Alfred (the manager) was not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful in helping us find our way around. Sarah was also amazing.
My children enjoyed our stay and loved the experience.

A wonderful stay

A great three days at Wild Tracks. Alfred helped us to organise our trips and answer any of our questions.
We had good food and felt well looked after.
Accommodation was clean and comfortable.
We would recommend this location for anyone visiting QE.

Great Experience

The Staff is Great and they went to great length to ensure that we were comfortable and pleased with our stay. The camping sites and cottages are very conducive and comfortable for those that love the outdoors. my family had a great experience. In fact i look forward to visiting wild tracks and marafiki lodges again. I highly recommend it to any visiting Queens Elizabeth park

Average lodge, little value for money

The lodge is in an ok location, but not as nice as staying in one of the lodges on the escarpment south of the channel which offer spectacular views. We were the only guests in Christmas peak season and I can understand why: The owner was not around. The staff tried their best, but are underequipped and untrained. The manager had to sleep in a tent. Average Ugandan food for lunch/dinner with no choice available. Prices were not communicated and just ok. Breakfast was limited. Once the two slices of toast were gone, we had to ask for each extra one specifically. No Wifi when paying almost 200 USD per night for the room? The cottage was nice and roomy, but was not cleaned during our stay. Overall an average lodge that suffers from a lack of owner involvement and investment into staff and service.

Great place!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the national park. They have cozy and clean rooms, very helpful and polite personnel and great food! We where lucky enough to get a room with a view of the lake.
