great place- clean

stayed there for the weekend on working tour. the reservation was handled excellent by Barbara Nandawula and she emailed me 2 days before to see if all was ok as i was doing long distance. great food. however some overnight church was noisy. smooth check min and out and lovely gardens! will recommend and will be back!

I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share some feedback. While I was very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the "spot on" check-in process, there were a few issues that impacted my stay.
Most importantly, the shower head and door in my room leaked significantly, leading to a flooded bathroom floor. This is a serious safety hazard that needs immediate maintenance attention.
Additionally, I found the service at the restaurant to be quite slow. It appeared that some staff members may require further training, particularly regarding communication and service efficiency. Finally, while the gym equipment is generally good, the free weights feel outdated compared to the rest of the facility.
I hope this feedback is helpful for your team. I enjoyed the highlights of the hotel and would love to see these areas improved for my next visit

very good

I had a good time there.The environment was so beautiful with sounds of chipping birds.For the food,I majorly had snacks and they were delicious.My suite was so cozy.The staff are hospitable. I just didn’t understand the compulsory payment for trays during room service (it’s like a compulsory tip for the people who make deliveries to the room.)

Nice place but no wifi

First you have to call ahead before checking in which we did, however we arrived 10 mins early and couldn't get in so we drive around and came back but no one was there so I called. She came 5 mins later. There are also 2 flights of stairs you need to walk up before you get to elevator, not a problem for us but if you have a had time climbing steps it might be too much.
Check-in was easy and we were lucky to find on street parking otherwise they do have parking about 5mins away.
The apartment is beautiful and well furnished, even had a washer/dryer but since they are new no one knew how to use it and instructions were only on Spanish. We googled how to use it, having said that there was no wifi on the 2nd floor which we were on and when we asked about it we were told she didn't know why it wasn't working but didn't do anything about it. The 1st & 3rd floor had WiFi so we had to go to one of those too use it otherwise the signal was too weak. Don't know that I would recommend this hotel simply because there are so many options to stay in Santander you don't need to settle for less.
