Excellent Stay

Mr. Abdul Semer and Tapas were incredibly helpful throughout our stay! The front office team and the bellboys were all warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. We truly appreciated that they granted our request for connecting rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, especially thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff assigned to our floor. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he definitely deserves recognition for doing an excellent job.
Everything about our stay was wonderful — from the pool, restaurant, and facilities to the outstanding service of all the staff. Everyone made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, it was a perfect and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Beautiful experience

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff. The room was comfortable and clean. I needed a Taxi to go to the Dubai Airport and they called it for me, taking my needs into account (family taxi, woman driver). The position is excellent. I will consider this hotel again for my next trip in Abu Dhabi!

Hotel is excellent

Beautiful hotel. Elegant decore. Helpful staff. Amazing food. Nice location. Clean modern room for non smoking. But smoking room was old and bad smell. No noise.
