Great Hospitality and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Pavilion Palace Hotel. The overall experience was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a pleasant atmosphere throughout.
A special thanks to Ms. Aditya and Ms. Richel at the reception desk for their outstanding service. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
A special thanks to Ms. Aditya and Ms. Richel at the reception desk for their outstanding service. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a difference in our stay.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The afternoon staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. The lobby had a bad smell, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the Wi-Fi was practically unusable.
To make matters worse, guests are charged AED 30 for parking even when staying at the hotel. We had booked five rooms, yet our visitors were only allowed to stay briefly 15 mins, and staff repeatedly called our room demanding that they leave, you can hear people talking outside.
This was meant to be a pleasant weekend getaway, but it turned into a terrible experience. I have stayed in many hotels, and unfortunately, this ranks among the worst.

Security Incidents at Pavilion Palace Hotel
I had two serious security incidents that occurred during my stay at Pavilion Palace Hotel. Despite submitting complaints to the hotel management, my concerns have not been adequately addressed, and my request for CCTV footage has been ignored.
My family of five (5 rooms) had been staying at the hotel since March 1. I was solo in my room.
The first incident occurred on March 7 at approximately 12:30 PM in Room 706. While I was in the shower, someone with access to a master key unlocked my room door and attempted to enter. Fortunately, the internal security latch was engaged, which prevented the door from opening. I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed at the time. When I contacted the front desk, I was later told that the manager had attempted to enter because they wanted me to change rooms for deep cleaning. However, I do not understand why anyone would attempt to enter a guest’s room (solo woman) using a master key while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed.
Following this incident, I was moved to another room.
The second incident occurred on March 9 at approximately 3:00 AM in Room 409. Someone again attempted to unlock and enter my room. When I contacted the front desk immediately, I was told it was a mistake by housekeeping. This explanation is extremely concerning, particularly because it occurred at 3:00 AM and the “Do Not Disturb” sign was again displayed.
I was unable to sleep the rest of the night. As these repeated incidents have caused me significant fear and distress regarding my personal safety.
While I was at the hotel, I filed two complaints and was assured by a lobby staff member that the relevant CCTV footage would be sent to the WhatsApp number I provided by March 8 at 11:30 AM. As of today, the hotel has still not provided the footage or given a satisfactory explanation.
I believe these incidents raise serious concerns about guest safety and hotel procedures.

Excellent stay with Pavilion Palace all team members are kind and humble Hayat Rachel Nisha Aditi Lina all are well mannered. Housekeeping team is also very good kudos to pavilion palace
