Will never go by reviews again as this place is very basic and suitable for people that are not fussy were they stay
No privacy to get showered as 1 of the bathrooms have the toilet at a window with flats able to see in and the shower had a see through shower curtain at the window
Price includes Breakfast but only a couple of boxes of cereal and empty juice cartoons
Checked out early and complained to David who then accused us of smoking in the room, to avoid not getting his money from booking .com
Thankfully got refunded but this property is overpriced and over rated more like £30 per night for basic rooms

There is simply nowhere better !!
A clean , quiet , beautiful little house , an Oasis of tranquility and yet a short walk from one of Belfasts main arterial routes and a short 15 minute walk into the City Centre.
Immaculate room , 2 ! Bathrooms, a well stocked and homely kitchen in a house that has real character and charm and yet has at no extra cost, modern extras like free wifi and Netflix !
All presided over by an excellent host David , who despite not residing ‘on site’ , is easily contactable and happy to be of any help he can.
Eurovilla is a simply superb place to stay for every conceivable readon and to say it’s ridiculously good value is an understatement !!

The Best Place to Stay in Belfast
Room - good size and warm.
Kitchen - great kitchen facilities (everything you could possibly want and need including washing machine and drier) was able to wash my clothes and have them dry for the next day.
Breakfast - self service breakfast, meant that I could have this meal at a time that suited me and I was spoilt for choice for cereal.
Bathroom - having two bathrooms, meant that showering and washing was easy.
Location - fantastic location 10 minutes walk to the local supermarket. 15 minutes walk from the Lanyon Place Train Station and 25 minute walk from the city centre. Or if you prefer 10 minutes on the metro bus (6A)
