Lovely B&B quiet and welcoming.

Owner Ling is an incredible b&b inn owner. Pristine room and a very delicious breakfast each morning. Ling is very hospitable and lovely. Location was quieter and easy walkable to center and bus service. Highly recommend

Anniversary Break

Ling is the perfect host and the b&b itself, is in the best position to visit the city centre. We would highly recommend and are very thankful for the effort put in to acknowledge our anniversary. The breakfasts are divine, along with comfy beds and cosy rooms.

Kind host, comfortable beds, clean spacious room,lovely breakfast choices.....

This was our 1st stay at Apple Tree guesthouse, however it won't be our last!
Previously we stayed at another guest house which was 2nd to none , sadly they made the decision to stop trading, however we have been fortunate to find Apple Tree guesthouse!
Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed.
Considering we were on the verge of the city centre (10mins walk) it's within a very peaceful location, we both slept incredibly well!
Ling was a lovely host, initially we were surprised to be asked to take off our shoes on arrival however when understanding and respecting Lings culture it wasn't an issue, after all we do this within our own homes, on reflection it felt homely.
Apple Tree offers a great choice of breakfasts, a refreshing change to see Kippers on the menu, absolutely delicious!
To conclude, Ling was so efficient, I foolishly left behind a set of house keys. Ling was so responsive and helpful, kindly posting them to me the following day!

Lovely place to stay, lovely room, fantastic breakfast & welcome. Ideal for exploring Bath, 5 minutes flat walk into the centre.

Wonderful experience

This is such a wonderful b&b to stay in for your time in Bath! It is a short walk from everything you need, and we felt very safe. Ling was so helpful and wonderful to make our stay an excellent experience. The breakfast is great, and I loved the decor of the place. The room was fantastic and had everything we needed. We were able to meet their cats and I loved the recommendation book from the other guests in our room. We had quite a ways to go from Bath and Long was super helpful in arranging a taxi for us to get us there and made our stay a very pleasant one. I will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Bath. Thank you!
