An Exceptional Stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Birmingham

Our three-night stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Birmingham was simply exceptional from beginning to end.
The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Birmingham, making it an ideal choice whether you’re visiting for business or exploring the city. Many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are within easy walking distance.
From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help created a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The level of hospitality was truly outstanding.
Our room was immaculate, modern, and very well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were perfect we enjoyed a peaceful and restful sleep every night. It was exactly what we needed after busy days in the city.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything was well presented, and the service in the restaurant was just as impressive as the rest of the hotel.
What made this stay truly memorable was the consistently exceptional service. Every interaction with the hotel team was pleasant, and they genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a wonderful experience.
My husband, my friend, and I had an amazing three days here, and we created wonderful memories that we will always cherish.
As an official reviewer on both TripAdvisor and Google, I stay at many hotels and pay close attention to the overall guest experience. Delta Hotels by Marriott Birmingham exceeded our expectations in every way.

Room was good, I checked in and paid for a parking. However when I came back in the evening from an event there was no car parking space with lots of cars double parked. Really frustrating when you just want to go to sleep

Another two night stay at this wonderful Marriot Delta hotel close to Edgbastern Village and a 20 minute walk or 8 minute tram ride from Birmingham Central station. Beautiful tiled entrance with wooden revolving door leaders to modern well appointed hotel rooms and spa, other facilities include gym, bar and restaurant. Large standard double room with 3 double glazed windows, desk, lounge chair coffee table, large tv, walk-in wardrobe and large marble en suite with shower over bath. Clean and natural light. Pleasant staff and convenient with on site parking.

Staff on desk terrible. Had guide dog and stated on web site free. Lady did not believe me. Was rude and challenging. Whole family austistic made us all upset. Man desk charged me twice. Spoke manager did not care very dismissive. Swimming pool. Daughter had allergic reaction after tablets put water while in it. Marriot breaking law with my service dog very unwelcoming after 4 hour drive all family overloaded. Never stay here again..Dust rooms and people see you in the room and bathroom opposite. Never been treated so badly.

Had a very good experience as we came up for wedding . Staff were very friendly and very helpful . Our rooms was very clean and spacious the staff had upgraded us to a larger room on arriving which really helped us out a lot . We Will definitely use again as location was perfect for all the different events in different locations in Birmingham was easy to get to from hotel . The only thing we would suggest to make it absolutely perfect for all visitors would be a free carpark . We were gratefully they had their own carpark on site . Once again excellent staff. Clean hotel good amenities and good location .
